RK Miller Associates serves taxpaying businesses and individuals conducting business in the United States.

  • We use data to continually improve the user experience and security of our audiences across our website and communication methods.
  • We request email verification before collecting data and adding contact information to our lists. This is achieved by automatically sending you an email to the address provided to verify ownership and validity. Upon confirmation, (achieved when you click on the link in the follow-up email), the information you provide is collected and delivered to our applications and internal systems to facilitate response to your request.
  • We process generic “log data” collected from visitors to our website (such as IP address, geographic information, device, browser type, system, etc.) through website performance analytics, marketing and marketing analysis tools. These tools do not capture or display personally identifiable information.
